why pay 1 dollar for dressing down in school

Who in the world would pay a dollar just to dress down in regular clothes in a school with a uniform policy when you can just put on your clothes when you enter the building or change after school. It is not worth it at all. I hate my uniform.... i really do..... but i wont do it!!!!
